"UniStory" refers to Jinan Danetwork Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Danetwork" or "we"), which legally owns and operates products and services, including but not limited to the UniStory mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "UniStory"). The UniStory User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a binding contract between you and us regarding the download, installation, copying, and use of our products and/or services. By agreeing to this Agreement or completing the registration/login process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms herein, thereby becoming a UniStory user. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement or do not fully understand its clauses, refrain from proceeding with any actions related to the corresponding functionalities. UniStory users must obtain prior written permission from Danetwork to sell UniStory or any materials, services, or software derived from or related to UniStory. If you have feedback or suggestions for improving UniStory, you may submit them to us.
You acknowledge that Danetwork retains all rights to UniStory, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" refers to all rights under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and other applicable laws, including applications, renewals, extensions, and restorations thereof, whether existing now or enacted in the future.
